Privacy policy

DragonSheets ("we", "us") is a product of Ballistic Brands. This policy covers the DragonSheets Chrome extension, the websites getdragonsheets.com and go.getdragonsheets.com, and the DragonSheets service.

What we collect

Google profile information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not request Google Drive or Google Sheets OAuth scopes. The extension can only write to spreadsheets you explicitly share with our service account, and you can revoke that access at any time from the Google Sheets Share dialog.
Amazon seller data. If you connect an Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads account, we access your seller reports and advertising data through Amazon's official APIs, with your authorization, on our servers. This data is used solely to build the reports and syncs you configure. We never see your Amazon password — authorization happens on Amazon's own consent pages.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the product is used (feature usage, install/uninstall events, and which marketing channel an install came from). We do not send the contents of your spreadsheets, your spreadsheet names, or your Amazon business data to analytics providers.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. Ever.
We do not read spreadsheets you have not shared with our service account.
We do not use your data for advertising or transfer it to data brokers.
We do not use data obtained through Google or Amazon APIs for any purpose other than providing and improving the features you use, consistent with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Where data lives

Amazon report data is processed and stored on our infrastructure (Google Cloud) in per-account datasets. Session information is stored locally in your browser's extension storage. Deleting the extension removes locally stored data; you can request deletion of server-side data at any time via the contact below.

Sharing

We use a small number of processors to run the service (cloud hosting, analytics as described above). They process data on our instructions and have no independent rights to it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Disconnecting an Amazon account stops all further syncing of that account's data.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and note the new effective date above.
